Unanchored POS remains in the POS tracking list #7

I removed a POS ingame in EVE. After a few days the removed POS is still in the
POS tracker list. I updated the API a few times but it's still there. I had to
delete it manually. It would be great if removed POSs are deleted from the POS
Tracker.

Will look into making this a possible option. If a tower is pulled then all
setups related to it would be lost so doing this automatically could cause a
lot of problems especially in null where towers are lost constantly.

How about a flag added, showing the API didn't find the tower? Then we could
choose to delete it or not. (I do like the auto-delete, but it does scare some
people)

Found an unanchored pos in space with the pos tracker, but after going there
and scooping it, then deleting the unanchored pos from the tracker and updating
the api/pos list again, it showed back up? Not sure why that is...?

If it showed back up likely what happened is its still cached in the API from
EVE's servers. Since quite a bit of time has passed now, delete it again and it
shouldn't show up on the next API pull you do.
