Cannot get troubleshooter to work in IntelliJ. I followed the troubleshooting guide, but it has not matched the settings in IntelliJ now.

Following the steps from https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/10081-jetbrains-academy/docs/troubleshooting-guide.html#environment_configuration_rust works as expected on Win, MacOS, and Linux. Additional information is required.
