Generate ISO images dynamically #177

Ubuntu 18.04, macOS, and other OSes do not include a floppy driver anymore, so preseed files must be provided on CD-ROM.

We need iso_flies and iso_dirs parameters, similar to floppy_files and floppy_dirs

Upload is handled by #99 and #164.

While those OS's may not include a floppy driver I have not seen the option to even add a floppy device at all in vSphere 6.5 and 6.7 so OS support is kinda a moot point. Having said that yes I fully agree that there needs to be an equivalent handling of ISO-files as there is for floppies. Would make my tasks a bit more streamlined.

Can we get iso_gnats and iso_mosquitos too?
