Just a heads up, for some reason the git clone part of the setup script failed on my Pi 3 when connected to a completely valid Wifi connection via the built-in Wifi chip. I then connected an Ethernet cable and everything worked fine.
In case anyone has trouble with the setup it might be worth trying that.
