Residential area fence filling #146

It appears that in residential areas across the world, fence data is very hit and miss.

It may be worth attempting to use something like Voronoi Partitioning coupled with Manhattan Distance to determine where fences could be placed in a dense residential region.

With this, you'd get a partitioning scheme that looks similar to: image

Hi, This could be a solution for residential areas. I would like also to have procedural fences around specific areas like military area, farmland, and sports grounds.
