Use Semver properly #312

Just upgraded from 0.9.2 to 0.9.8 and my solution wouldn't build because of changes to IPreprocessor. I recommend going forward that we use semver versioning properly!

Starting with 1.0 I probably will. Until then I'm just trying to keep things consistent with the way they were labeled before I got here.
