I/O Showing off without a joint #113

Version = 1.2.4

In the tab "Axes" I have not yet created Joint 3! In the tab "I/O" I selected for pin 7 => "Joint 3 Home"!

I was able to create a machine without errors. The machine cannot be started because Joint 3 is not known.

Unfortunately the I/O menus are created at startup and do not know about joints. I'll look into preventing the configuration from being built if joints are selected that don't exist.
