deb at mesact install page looks for libmesact in the wrong place #90

Version and Build Date Version = 1.2.2 Build Date =1/20/2023

Describe the bug fails to find libmesact. It looks in /home/username/.local/lib/libmesact

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: start mesact. Fails to start due to not finding the library

Expected behavior mesact expected to run

Config File not applicable as far as I know

Operating System OS = Debian 11

Additional context /home/eric/.local/lib/libmesact

sorry, failed to mention this happens with mesact_1.2.2_amd64.deb
