Add support for Spotify.app. Add Last.fm scrobbler. #5

Added support of player control and cover art display for Spotify.app. Spotify has higher priority when checking status than iTunes if Spotify is active.

Added scrobbler for Last.fm for current playing track. Before use this feature, user has to:

  1. Create an API account on Last.fm (http://www.last.fm/api/account/create) to get key and secret.
  2. Run script gen_lastfm_key.sh in widget folder to get through authentication process and store secrets to file lastfm.auth.conf.

Sorry to disappoint, but I do not add features that I don't like into my widget. I don't use Spotify, I purchase all my music (CDs, iTunes and such), even if I do implement Spotify, there's no way for me to keep it updated because I will not be able to test it. Sorry, good day.
