Blue item can now be used by the player #17

Added a system where the player can use the blue item and will depend on its usage, but the item can give some pretty nice buffs in exchange. The code might be a little too spaghetti for this project, so if you want me to do any changes or if you have something you want me to improve before merging, let me know!

Edit: btw merging this closes #14

There's a bug with the /addiction command, the result is displayed to all players instead of only the player that issued it
