Version: 0.9.11 Platform: Windows (but should affect all)

When the Joulescope JS110 is configured with sampling_frequency not 2 Msps, then the reduction frequency and statistics update rate is always 2 Hz.

The Joulescope JS110 should respect the reduction_frequency in all modes.
