The new "Report Issue" feature submits an issue along with supporting details, including logs and configurations. IT also activates if the application throws an exception during startup. This is great! However, the user gets no confirmation that we received the issue report of what the expected response time will be.
The "Report Issue" dialog should display an "Issue submitted" step with an OK button. This window should also display the expected response time, especially since we will be shutting down for 2 weeks in August. For now, the response time can be served as a static page from download.joulescope.com.
