The Joulescope UI allows you to open a JLS file by file extension, for example using Windows File Explorer. When you do this and the JLS file cannot be opened, the entire Joulescope UI crashes. Starting with Joulescope UI 1.0.28, this allows the user to generate an error report. The UI should display a more meaningful message about the JLS file rather than crashing.
Longer term, the Joulescope UI should attempt to repair corrupted JLS files.
