Clicking on dual marker time in Waveform widget should move both dual markers #247

Your idea

When you click the top bar between dual markers that displays the duration, nothing happens today: image

When you left-click, it should move both markers. This should be the same as CTRL left-clicking on one of the markers.

When you right-click, it should display the context menu for the dual markers.

In the case of overlapping dual marker regions, the most recently used one should be selected, just like the markers are resolved.
