Branding #13

Would like to add proper branding to the two clients:

  * custom icon for the client windows
  * icons for strategies, stocks, futures, forex, the different views, etc.
  * splash page
  * about page
  * consistent window naming scheme (True Trade?)

Doesn't affect usability, defer to next release.
