No background still on itransmisson 4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.insomnia not working for me 
2.using ipod 5 on 7.0.4
3.itransmission not working in background . Any other way .? 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see download has been stopped when my ipod is locked , or app is at 
background or else .
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Itransmission 4 , 7.0.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Its downloading torrent at very good speed but only when ita open on screen .as 
it goes background or screen locks it stops .

install "background manager" from apt. Yeah, I know it's paid software and 
backgrounder was free, and that sucks, but I can assure you it works perfectly 
on my iphone 4S with iOS 7.0.4. Just be sure to open settings.app and change 
itransmission's background mode from 'native' to 'forced'.

Again, I hate recommending paid software, but I hope it encourages someone to 
make a free version.
