cannot install app on ipad #34

hi..
i am new to this, n i am looking for a torrent app,
i cannot install this app on my ipad, its not jail breaked, its kinda new..
can anyone help me install this app please??
itunes doesnt install this, "signer is not valid"
ifunbox gives this error code : Failed (0xe8008015)

please help.!
