What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.toggling wifi network on/off in itransmission switches to wifi network only.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To switch to cellular network and download. Pause/resume button is white.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Transmission version 1.1 ipa dl'd from here, I'm on iPhone 4 iOS 4.3.3,
cellular data downloading has worked before on my device.
Please provide any additional information below.
