What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the Torrent Files That add in Web Interface, Won't Add in The Main 
iTransmission App on my iPhone!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTrasmission 1.1, iOS 4.3.3

I agree with issue. I get same problem with same version numbers.but on ipod 
touch
