Strange Table in Admin Config #33

I've just installed spree_tax_cloud from the 1-3-stable branch. My admin view is looking strange here. Is this normal?

@brchristian , well that is ugly! Did you fix, or find a version with correct formatting?

It's quite strange! I updated to the latest 1-3-stable of spree and spree_tax_cloud, and tried it in a new Spree app. Firefox, Chrome, and Safari are all showing this odd styling.

I can try to find some time today to see what might be causing that and propose a patch.

@bluehandtalking are you able to replicate this in a blank app as well? Could you include a screenshot of the desired look? I can help look into what's going on with the HTML & CSS, etc.
