spree_tax_cloud not working on Spree 2.2.x #48

Per your request, re-opening issue #47 under a new title. I understand that spree_tax_cloud is not yet compatible with Spree 2.2.x.

Will submit a pull request if I'm able to determine how to get spree_tax_cloud to function in Spree 2.2.

Hey, how's it going on that? Currently working with @bbuchalter and @brchristian on this right now. All ideas welcome. Have tried changing scope :tax to source_type Spree::TaxCloudTransaction, but not sure yet it that is right way to go. Would definitely trample Spree::TaxRate.

Still in beta, but 2-2-stable is working
