I downloaded img/kube-oidc-proxy.xml and opened it in diagram.net, and re-created the PNG with the 200% scale. Finally, I used tinypng to make it 5 times lighter.
Regarding the demo, I could not find it after 30 minutes looking around (I searched the Jetstack slack + Jetstack GCP accounts + Jetstack terraform). It is nowhere to be found. I suggest that we remove it for now. We can re-create it later if needed.
