Remove the sysctl feature and add documentation instead #287

Remove sysctl from example and test manifests.
Remove sysctl from the API.
Remove the sysctl init containers
Remove the sysctl API validation code
Add documentation about Elasticsearch OS configuration
Add a daemonset to configure the E2E nodes with the required virtual memory settings (https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/36601 would be a better solution).
