Ideas for benchmarking:

Aggregate Docker stats command while a script is running:
- https://www.datadoghq.com/blog/how-to-collect-docker-metrics/ - integrate DataDog
- https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42809500/how-to-find-max-memory-from-docker-stats - simple bash script to generate a log of the usage - I like the simplicity of this method
