Rework home content #13

As discussed in Issue #2, there is content to be merged and rewritten for the primary pages of the home component.

Specifically, the breakdown should be something like the following.

jetty.org home could contain About, a Blog element from https://github.com/webtide/jetty.website/issues/6, 'Enter Bug' link, Call to Action punch list, etc

Documentation would contain Contribute Guide, etc etc

Community could contain content from Get Involved, Tools

Download could content content from Download, Source code

Support would be the Open Source and Professional page, links to mailing list, etc, Enter Bug

Security would be updated to look snazzier but the same content as current reports page

We'll see what pans out as I get into it.

Community page is the last that needs updated, then it should just be refining.
