Factor in the changes from:

@sbordet this is feeling awkward...It is too easy to duplicate the content on this page with what you put on the jetty 12 root page.

As it stands the content on this page really thin and if we remove the split links to the operations guide and the programming guide it will be even thinner.

I think it could move the content from that root page in 12 to here, or we make this link and page just direct to the jetty 12 one.

I think my preference would be to move that content from 12 doc root here and have this page continue linking directly to the various guide versions....

That's the goal.

I want as much as possible in the documentation.

The website pages should just be a small glue that points to the documentation.

In principle, yes, but this page is just a thin extra click-through page, which I think we want to avoid.

I'll do the basic we talked about and see how it looks.
