A build.bat script for last Visual Studio Community ? #102

Hi,

I think it would be nice to have a build.bat script working with last version of Visual Studio Community (the free version). So that everyone can easily compile EncFS4win on its own for debugging, testing, patching, dev... purpose.

In addition, a list of the VS components (their exact name) needed ? There are so many...

And links to additional tools needed ? git ? https://git-scm.com perl ? http://strawberryperl.com

At least I managed to download currently needed Visual Studio version (2015) thanks to this.

I chose following features :

Programming Languages / Visual C++ ;
Windows and Web Development / Universal Windows... / Windows 10 SDK (last version).

And build went fine 👍
