Storing password with DPAPI #95

Under Windows there exists an API that is used to store passwords (comparibly to seahorse) DPAPI. The API is described in detail here https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms995355.aspx and alledgedly is used by for instance BoxCryptor. It would be a great (and compatible) way to store encfs passwords.
