Cannot transfer file from host to windows using SCP #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to unix box using the SCP protocol
2. Navigate to any file
3. Try and copy to current PC (windows xp in this case) 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the file to transfer.
Instead, the Log Viewer says "2012-12-05 14:32:22,751 DEBUG        
frmSuperPutty - [328912] Activated" and nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Currently 1.4.0.1 have also tried 1.3.0.7 and 1.3.0.10

Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
