Unable to use date with year 0000 #1

Summary: Attempting to add a transaction (and other command) with the year 0000 causes nothing to happen.

How to reproduce the bug: Key in the command in $/1000 n/Allowance d/11110000 and press enter.

Expected results: If the year 0000 is not a valid year, an error message should be shown.

Actual results: Nothing shows in the GUI upon enterring the command. The terminal shows that there is a DateTimeException.

Reduced severity to Low since this situation will and should never occur in real life scenario.
