Unable to add receive ledgers with 1 decimal place #5

Summary: I am unable to add receive ledgers with 1 decimal place.

Steps to reproduce: Enter the command receive $/20.1 n/Albert and press enter.

Expected results: An overall ledger with an individual ledger will be added into the list of ledgers in the ledger tab.

Actual results: An error message shows indicating that value should be a maximum of 2 decimal places which is an incorrect error message.
