build.py --ea64 not working? #46

It seems that no separate python64 dir created and no 64bit plw inlcuded in
the source distributed.

We got rid of the python64 directory as it is no longer needed. The generated 
zip file 
will contain both *.plw and *.p64 files.

Please verify.
