Sending MMS causes popup from user with the MMS one sent #425

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send MMS
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No popup. Popup from the contact I sent the MMS to, with the MMS. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.2.4 on D2VZW running 4.1.2 Jellybean

Please provide any additional information below.
