Whenever I receive a message, my notification sound is very quiet. #432

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I get a message
2.Notification sound goes off
3.Notification sound is almost unbearable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect a loud 
notification sound that can be heard while my phone is in my pocket. What I 
hear if the faint sound of my notification sound

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I'm using 
the latest version of the app. My operating system is 4.2.2 on the Galaxy 
nexus, jdq39.

Please provide any additional information below.I have tried using other 
notification sounds and made sure my system volume is up.
