SMS delivery reports problem #433

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Quick reply from the popup
2. Open Hangouts and check the status of the message

What is the expected output?
The date with a little "V" (Message delivered)

What do you see instead?
A red message : "SMS not delivered" (but the message is successfully delivered)

What version of the product are you using? 
1.3.0

On what operating system?
Android 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Default sms application : Hangouts 2.0.217
