Create a role stat class

Version Change: +0.0.1

ON HOLD until #89 is resolved

This stat will have base stats for users roles and any boosts

[Health, Energy, Attack]

Changes

[x] Create stat
[x] integrate into roles
[x] test

Putting this issue in hold for now. Going to focus on the mvp and getting the character process complete, menu complete, and adventure portion of user actions.
