Hello Jean,
would it be possible to run the data protection tools (specifically 
"bruteforce") on a device that has been "tether booted"?

For example if I wanted to bruteforce the passcode of a iPhone 4S device which 
does not have an exploitable boot rom. Could I tether boot the device, and then 
scp the files (kernel_patcher, device_infos, bruteforce) over and then run them 
?
