All push notifications crash iphone when clicked or closed #509

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install any version of GriP (apart from n release)
2. Send a push notification to IM+, eBuddy, Palringo etc
3. Push notification comes in, when times out or closed, iPhone resprings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The app is supposed to open, or the window be dismissed depending on what 
you click on. For some reason, the push notifications work flawlessly in 
version 'n' of GriP. Email notifications work fine (except for the already 
known issue of double counting exchange emails)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
Iphone 3GS, firmware 3.1.2
Grip any verison after "n" 

Please provide any additional information below.

What has changed between "n" and the later versions? Has anyone else had 
success in getting a later version to work? I did a complete fresh install 
of the iPhone operating system and used Blackrain to hack. Then installed 
ONLY GriP (plus IM+) and still get the crashing, so it seems it is not a 
conflict with other programs.

This issue is not resolved at all. Installed the grip 'r' and tried 's' custom
downloads and it crashes to safe mode every time i get a push notification. 
(words
with friends,CNN)
I tried to research this for days and hours now. Nobody has a answer..even 
wrote a
email to the developer with no response as well.(thanks alot) I love this app 
and
want to use it.PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

use version at bottom of this link - works perfectly and the double push emails 
problem is fixed too :_)
