ISO Extraction fails #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an ISO with SuperAuthor 3.3
2. Try to extract DSDIFF files from this ISO
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would think SACD_extract would extract the DSDIFF Edited Master files from 
this ISO as if it would have been created by PS3.
But I always receive error messages from SACD_Extract when trying to extract 
DSDIFF EM files from the "SuperAuthor 3.3" ISO.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.6 Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.

The ISOs that come out of SuperAuthor do not have a blocksize of 2048, but a 
larger blocksize (I believe it's 2352). I am not planning to make support for 
larger blocksize images as 2048 is the blocksize that is used on the PS3. 

There are tools available that convert these 2352 ISO images to 2048 though.
