Cannot Rip Surround DSD Layer of Laura Fygi at Ronnie Scott's

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start SACD Ripper 0.36
2. Insert Laura Fygi at Ronnie Scott's Hybrid Layer Multichannel SACD
3. Copying/ISO creation process starts as expected
4. All Stereo DSD songs/files are included in the ISO
5. Only 3 of the Surround DSD songs/files are included 
6. The process stops early in the copy phase of Song # 4

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

* Expect to see the program deliver an ISO file that contains all of the DSD 
Stereo and DSD Surround songs. 
* Instead, all of the DSD Stereo tracks are copied as expected. 
* But, with DSD Surround, only tracks 1, 2 & 3 are correctly copies.  The 
process stops during the early part of track 4 and no other Surround tracks are 
copied.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

* The "At Ronnie Scott's" SACD has some authoring errors on the Surround DSD 
tracks when the SACD disc is played in an SACD player.  This undoubtedly 
contributes to the issue.
