Access denied when running the program #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. right click to extract DSDIFF
2. Access denied when the program is entering the local folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should go to extract but access denied.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.2r6

my system is window 7 64 bits
