Update providers #24

Noticing alot of playback failures over the last few months, i think the providers need to be messed with.

Well, you dó know that ScrubsV2 is not being updated for months......!! But......it still works great ! (for me)

Id suggest everyone gets ahold of the Otaku addon and enjoys some anime for a while like i been doing lol. Theres quite a few shows that can help pass the time. As for scrubs im pretty much still playing a waiting game hoping enough time passes so sites and hosters can improve a bit in order for me to be able to get the addon back to some former glory where we have a decent scraper pile that works and enough working hosters to help us watch our shit lmao. But that all depends on if the sites and shit have improved and weather or not i can keep myself from getting too high everyday since my high kills my ambitions lol
