Form plugin don't send mails with attachement if you do not loged in to the site. #508

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loged off from the vosaocms.appspot.com
2. Enter http://vosaocms.appspot.com/feedback page
3. Fill form, attach some file and press "send"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to have mail send and message "Form was submitted successfully" appear.
But I got "Null" message instead of that, and not mail was sent.
