cms opening problem #576

1.i have in my application the same problem in vosaocms.appspot.com/cms/
, it doesn't open for weeks, it gives me only loading page
2.does i need to re-deploy vosao and i will lost all my work
3.or there is a way to fix it without any loss

Also, i have this opening problem each time i upload plugin, and takes some 
days, then cms opens

what is the relation between plugins uploads and opening problem?
