Provide links for Int'l Designators #6

Suggestion: for example, when viewing OPS 4682 DEB (ID 1965-027EJ), make "1965-027EJ" a link to http://www.n2yo.com/satellite/?s=19950.

Because n2yo doesen't appear (I could be wrong on this) to have a direct link by COSPAR or NORAD designator you would have to manually populate the database with the links. It is such a shame so many people organize their satellite databases without an easily accessible API - Gunter's Space page would be perfect, but again, you'd have to manually create a database of links and hope he doesn't change anything.
