Volume keys don't work on Azerty keyboard #144

Hi guys, I use an Azerty keyboard without numpad.

When I press Shift = to get +, the volume does not increase. I think it should. It did with previous release default web interface.

When I press - (above T and Y keys) to get -, the volume does not decrease. I think it should. It did with previous release default web interface.

I just realised that I should file this issue on xbmc/chorus2 instead of here. I'm sorry :)
