Adds a route for project-list URLs, completes #8.

This feels super hacky, but I decided to let you be the judge of that.

Yeah, this won't work unfortunately as I don't want to trigger worker tasks via GET requests. It's practically guaranteed to do that once search engine bots discover some checks URLs posted publicly. That said I do understand the usefulness and will think about an alternative that isn't able to overwhelm the site with checks.
