`ß` is basically not thirteen [Enhancement] #422

I don't think ß should be interpreted as thirteen. I've seen an issue with the proposal to let ß equal to thirteen, but there was no explanation why.

In germany it equals to ss, which sounds like a strongly pronounced s.

Well, it kind of looks like you mashed a "1" and a "3" together, so I can see where the developers are coming from.

But in some fonts, there's a backward curve in between the two bumps of the 3, so it doesn't look at all like 13. A better case could be made for the Greek β.

Maybe we can add a looksLikeThirteen() api?

I think a looksLikeThirteen() api is out of scope for the project. For all intents and purposes ß is 13. I mean just look at it.
