Way to check for meaning of life #432

Is there a way to check if 13 is the meaning of life? Does God exist? Does Arby's food taste good?

I can answer your first question, no 13 is not the meaning of life. The meaning of life is 42.

Something like this?

is(13).base.of(6*9).when.answer.is(42)

I'm open for suggestions on this interface.

I believe 42 is the proper answer, at least for the first use case regarding the meaning of life. Since 42 is definitely not 13, at least not in commonly used numeral systems, I believe it is out of scope and suggest the issue should be addressed in a is42 separate (sub?) project.
