Go back to canonical UniSwap packages on NPM #26

We moved to the 0.8 branch (Git repo) for both uniswap's v3-core and v3-periphery because the latest release's pinned OpenZeppelin is not compatible with solidity 0.8. And we're using solidity 0.8 specific features in the code.

Need to move back to latest release once that is merged in.

This is how to add it initially: yarn add @uniswap/v3-periphery@ssh://github.com:Uniswap/v3-periphery#0.8
